Process Procedures:

AMCOG can assist steel processors with continuous improvement measures, trouble shooting of various processes (i.e. slitters, leveling, shearing and blankers.) AMCOG’s consultants have worked at and with numerous processors developing sites, running facilities, managing certification for mills and general servicing processors.

ISO/QS Quality System Implementation:

The entire process of implementing an ISO/QS 9000 Quality System can be conducted by your current personnel with training, coaching and monitoring provided by AMCOG. A preliminary Gap Analysis can identify areas of your current Quality System, which require additional work. Scheduled visits by AMCOG to your locations will provide incentive for progress and will assist in moving your implementation forward. AMCOG can provide guidance for your Implementation Teams in developing Action Plans and Time Lines. If required, AMCOG can provide special training sessions on specific topics necessary for a successful ISO/QS Quality System implementation. During the implementation process, you will have unlimited telephone access to AMCOG experts for day-to-day guidance and answers to specific problems.
